Its not surprising to see two pharmaceutical giants battling it out over their premier blockbuster drugs. It's an interesting argument to say that the drug was procured from human DNA rather than mouse DNA but that does not necessarily mean that the patent in question was not still infringed. Apparently the court in Texas didn't think so either.
