I was going through my Christmas pics and I found a strange pic of my one year old daugther. One eye had red eye and the other eye looked a milky white/ pink. She was looking down and to the left in the picture. I went through about 20 more pictures taken that same week and she had red eye in both eyes. I don't want to overreact, but I don't want to underreact either. Does anyone have experience with this?

Get to a good pediatric opthamologist now, don't wait. Go immediately. Tell them what you saw in the photo. Don't accept them telling you they can't get you in until next week. Ask your pediatrician to help get you in if need be. It could be nothing. I pray it's nothing. It could be just an odd flash. Or it could be retinoblastoma. Or a cataract. The point is, get it checked out now.
