I saw a TV program about a similar issue. Now, wenever I see a pic of a child under age 5, I am always looking at the eyes!

this is incredible, really odd how most of the time you can only see the cancer in the eye through photos.

wow now thats something.. at least she told her friend soem might have thought it was a light or something.. i noticed soemthing was odd with the one eye in the picture but i would have never guessed it being cancer at least thay caught it my prayers go out to that brave little girl and her family

I would have photoshopped out that spot before I posted the photo. Thank God this mother didn't know to do that. Thank God the other mother was smart enough to investigate her hunch. Blessings to all of them.

Hopefully, if you ever see a spot like this on a pic of one of your kids or grandkids, you will know now to see your doctor, and not photoshop... These are the kind of stories that help everyone.

I LOVE positive stories.

Whether Madelaine Robb choses to embrace the title 'hero' is up to her. She is a mother, a woman who loves and cares and is willing to go the extra step for a dear friend. Even, in this case, where it is a woman and child she has not met. She followed her hunch, and Megan's quality of life is going to be better.

You have done something wonderful, Madelaine.
