I've got pustular psoriasis and have been unable to find ANY cream that moisturizes without burning! Vicks vapor rub is the only cream that does without the burn! Truly amazing... I put it on my feet at bedtime with socks!

I prefer creamy Vaseline in the white tube .

I have psoriasis on legs ears and hands, recently ive developed inner ear psoriasis needing syringed every couple of months to eliminate the scales that build up and block my hearing.I've read lots on skin disease and after thirty six years Ive used every cream known to man sessions of light therapy etc etc,I think we can safely say psoriasis is an incurable skin disease that requires 24/7 maintenance,is better sometimes and others acutely painful itchy scaly depressing and embarrassing!
I appreciate all the blogs from fellow sufferers, its a comfort to know we battle our skin problems together, however unless they find a cure we are and will always be searching for the answer.

I came out with guttate psoriasis in April 2016, after getting strep throat, but at the time I didn't realise I had a throat infection! At the height of flare-up, it was unbearable with sleepless nights due to extreme itching.

Using Vicks vapour rub was the turning point in managing my psoriasis. But it was too harsh! I mean, very cold after applying.

I'm making my own vapour rub, just waiting for all the bits to come through. Making it with beeswax, rapeseed oil, peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil. Testing it on myself and twin sister.

You can view my story on my own website, majaz dot co dot uk.
