Stoped taking birthcontrol..no period negative test

Tring to see if im pregnant are not missed a whole month for my period after birthcontrol.taking test negative cant go see my doc right not until the 16th of oct..when my insurance kick back in..im stressed..is it the birth control..are maybe I became pregnant inbetween and too early to test..any help is needed

Once you stop taking the pill, the hormones are out of your body quickly, usually within a couple of days. When the hormones are gone your body needs to start again on its own to function.

Everybody acts differently, some may take a couple of weeks to ovulate, other may take some months, but in general your body should be in "normal mode" within less than two to three months after stopping the pill.
