This is all very interesting. Lots of expertise here but all of it simply stating the obvious. Acute asthma attacks are often triggered by stress, as are heart attacks and a host of other symptoms, such as high blood sugar and high blood pressure. There are inexpensive, natural remedies out there that are beneficial for the treatment of breathing disorders, if people will only look for them. In the meantime, lower your stress levels. Relax, exercise, be optimistic, learn to like your neighbors, learn to play the piano, write a book, and don't worry about things you can't do anything about. Good luck with this - you are going to need it.
