I have a question about shingles medications.
Several articles and studies I've read recently point to some pretty nasty sounding side effects regarding the use of some shingles medications.
This is an article I found interesting and the side effects they mention are definitely concerning: http://humanitymedical.org/shingles-treatment...
Are the risks associated with current shingles drugs worth the benefits for the majority of users?

Once an individual becomes infected with shingles, he or she will begin to experience an array of symptoms. The most obvious result for the virus is its characteristic inflammation and blister rash which develops from the viral infection responsible for chicken pox and is also called Herpes Zoster. For individuals who have had previous infections of chickenpox, there is an increase in the likelihood of developing the virus however, various conditions must be present before this can occur.
