No such thing, your description calls for stagnation of one's mind, which does not belong to you in the first place! The other is fine matter or thoughts in which the mind plays a minor role...It is the Consciousness that allows the required interface between these two "matters" in order for Creation to evolve.

That's a good question, the only way Earth humans can "speed" up their spiritual development is first to get rid of any belief that there is another higher being that will take care of you, in this case god, jesus christ, Him, Allah, Buddha or whatever religions call this. The other "option" which compliments Creational laws is to develop one's 6th and 7th senses, those abilities that go far beyond the primitive 5 senses which is basically "designed" for survival of a physical body, not for evolution in a spiritual sense. Start by first controlling your dreams, since it is a realm where physical essence is very minor, there are three optional states, being just an observer, being a direct participant or being an abritator the highest form, at least for the dream state.

Then, when awake, try to meditate using the Peace Meditation techniques, you must first empty your mind of all the 5 basic primitive senses, no desires or thoughts because only "awareness" becomes "known" when "it" is allowed to evolve by itself, it never associates "itself" with the other 5 senses, since "it" resolves in a much higher frequency, a realm beyond those primitive ones where material energy resides.

These are just two of many techniques required to speed up the evolutionary process, religions are the biggest scams and stagnation of spiritual development. Religions will consider this evil, but once one becomes "aware" of their potential, the truth about everything will be revealed and you will see through all its fallacy of how and why religions have caused so much damage.

Excellent observations, but the vast majority of Earth humans does not have the capacity to understand, let alone appreciate your comments because they are too dependent on outside forces to think logically...unfortunately true.

Even my peers in the scientific community are very hesitant to come forward with open minds to admit there are technologies already discovered that "implies" directly that more advanced races do indeed travel beyond the stars to Earth. It's just the stigma associated with UFO's and the media's unfortunate quest to dramatize this event as science fiction which the general public accept as the "truth".

Keep up the good work and maybe someday we will be honored for speaking the truth about science and not some trumped up fallacy dogmas known as religions!

"Hard Science" that is published in the media are more like "bought and sold" comodities from scientists through pressure, and money grants that are tied to "certain agendas" of those in POWER!

What prayer? Pray to what....wishful thinking? Still...prayers are oriented towards religion...the biggest flaw of them all! The resolution lies much deeper and beyond the 6th and 7th senses, a realm of reality that encompasses various levels of spiritual and technological developments.

However, only Earth humans and their "specific" inter-connections to those realms mentioned previously through their revelant re-incarnations "find" the solution to the abuse of power by those in power who will face the consequencies of psychofluidalkinestics feedback, the Cause and Effect reaction of abuse finally brought under control!
