Natural way to reduce weight:
Drink plenty of water
Regular exercise

I came across with many of the tips for reducing weight but found these tips very effective.
1.Drinks lots of water throughout the day and with all meals.
2.Eat 5 small meals a day(this includes snacks).
3.Get 8 hours sleep.
4.Eat all the vegetables you want,limit carrot sticks.
5.Minimize stress ti minimize stress hormones.
