Are you kidding me? I'm afraid this is the first of many incidents in which your child will suffer the embarassment of a Drama Mama. Grow up.

Judges tend to dislike frivolous suits. Let's see whether the court sends the bill for costs to the Mom.

Totally pointless in filing a suit.

Although this does remind people to pick up after their dogs, point is some people just need to grow up.
Are you serious

How did a one-year old walk around the car all by himself. And if this is really true, why wasn't Mommy paying better attention to where junior was in a parking garage!!!

Who in their right mind would spend $54 on a pair of shoes for a TODDLER?

This woman sounds like an arrogant, spoiled cow.

Um, from what I understand, dog business is water soluble. Find a sink and a paper towel and clean off the shoes like a big girl. Please don't tell me this is disgusting. Lady, you've got a one-year-old, you've been cleaning up worse things than dog business!!

Um, Tracey? I don't know where YOU live but here in Stamford, a pair of specially fitted, wide width shoes with arch supports for growing little feet can easily cost $54. at Stride Rite. I'm a mother of 5 boys and we buy discount-store tee shirts and pass jeans and coats down from one boy to the next but you NEVER scrimp on children's shoes if you can help it or they'll pay the price later in life. That said, the lawsuit is a joke and she should be embarrassed to have brought it.

What an idiot!!! You should be ashamed of yourself lady. How on earth do you take your eyes off a one year old in a public parking garage? Consider yourself lucky that you only suffered a smelly reminder to watch your child, and accept responsibility for your, in this case, inaction. Clean em up, put em back on, and enjoy a wonderful day at the Maritime Center. I'm sure your child forgot about it in short order as you should have. Drop the suit, and realize, your child is NOT the second coming of Jesus, and children get into things they should'nt.

"I'm also having a tough time picturing why (the child) had to be bathed after stepping in this unless he thought it was some kind of poop sandbox."

Lol!! Can we get this guy on Letterman!?

Ladies and Gentlemen: Jeff Spahr, He'll be here all week, try the veal!!!

so what was your favorite part of the Aquarium? The fish? The touch tank? The seals?

Kid: No the sandbox of poop!!!!

I'm crying!!

D'oh! Why was she letting a 1 y/o run loose in a parking garage? Why didn't she have an extra change of clothes/shoes in the car? Why did she have to buy StrideRite shoes?

Just another example of failing to take personal responsibility.

If someone has $54 to blow on a pair of shoes for a quickly-growing toddler, she clearly doesn't need any sort of reimbursement. People are ridiculous.

Sounds like a spoiled J.P. from "Westchestah". Watch your kid, you had him, now be responsible for him.

Um, who does she sue when the child's diaper mysteriously becomes innundated with..... you know, "fecal matter"?
If that ruins your day, you are having way too many good days- may I have some please?
Geez, and I thought our $54 million pants suit was bad ;-)

This woman is a real piece of work. She is the type of person that has our courts tied up and also sucking cities and businesses dry. The judge needs to throw the case out and also fine her a few grand for being a total azzhole.

Oh good GRIEF! Just another whiny liberal mother with an entitlement mentality, thinking the world and everyone else in it owes her big time for every single little mishap that NORMAL people accept and take for granted every day. I hate to think of what that poor little tyke is learning from this woman ... how to whine and place the blame for minor incidents on everyone but himself. Sheeeeeesh what a loser this woman is!
