The City should hire personal assistants to serve as guides for anyone travelling through the city. The assistants can then alert them to any possible problems (i.e. Fido's latest soft serve).

OR, perhaps, just perhaps, people can be responsible and aware of there surroundings and look where they are going! Why is it that more and more people believe it is a government's (fed, state, local) responsibility to look after them???

Can I sue this idiotic, narcissistic and whiny woman for giving me a headache with her stupidity and wasting my taxpayer money and community resources with frivolous lawsuits? I'd say about $500 in pain and suffering ought to cover it...

First, let me say that in my 10 years as a claims adjuster I've noticed that claims are getting more and more frivolous every day. This one has to be the most insane one I've heard in a while, but there are plenty of equally ridiculous claims out there.

Also, I'd be willing to bet my next paycheck that this woman is a registered Democrat and probably an Obama supporter.

This woman needs to get a life. There are people suffering "real" tragedies all around us ... just pick up your local newspaper and read about the latest tornado victoms or people getting killed in drive by shootings, or assaulted on college campuses. Somehow, in the overall scheme of things, I highly doubt that this child will suffer long term behavioral or psycological problems from stepping in a pile of dog pooh (said very sarcastically). Though, I don't know if the same can be said for his having this woman for a mother.
