I know the Norwalk virus has been going around, but what about the superbug, is this still a problem, and what is it exactly, What are the symptoms, diagnoses, and is there any treatment. A friend of ours was in RCH for another problem, and he says he justs feels sick to his stomach all the time. No appetite, pain in the stomach, but know vomitting or diahrrhea. Could he have picked something up in the hospital?? He was in emergency a couple of weeks ago, and the ER doctor said there was some sort of bug in his system, and he said he wasn't willing to treat it at that particular moment, and sent him home saying the other was all right. He has lost 60 pounds, and his doctor does not seemed to be too concerned about it? Should he pursue this issue with his doctor??
