I take provigil. I take it to combat the sleepy effect that I get from having to wear a morphine pump which delivers a steady suply of morphine to my body 24/7. I think giving these medications a name such as "smart drugs" is about as dumb as telling someone that they can get high on medications that are meant for pain. These medications are very useful to the right individuals, and are not seen as a "smart drug" by those who really benefit from them. There are always going to be those out there that are just looking for something pharmasudical to abuse for whatever purpose! When I say abuse, I do not use the word lightly. I mean someone that will take a drug that is not prescribed for them, someone that will take more of a drug than what they are prescribed, or lie in order to get a drug prescribed for them! These are a few examples of the word abuse!
