Aggressive Migraine Treatments - Any Suggestions?

I have a long history of chronic migraines. Iíve had several periods in my life that Iíve had daily migraines, but steroids were successful in stopping those in the past. I also have low blood pressure, so there arenít a ton of preventative migraine drugs out there that wonít lower the BP even further. I currently do BOTOX every 3 months and Relpax as needed.
The migraines got so severe that my doctor treated me with trigger point injections, then with infusion therapy in January (cocktail of magnesium sulfate, steroids, DHE45, Depakote, and some other stuff). It hardly helped though and my migraines are worse than theyíve ever been before. I just had one that lasted 91 hours and feel another coming on right now. Nausea was never a huge issue with my migraines before, but lately I can barely eat. The abortive medications that usually work for me donít work anymore.
Does anyone know of anything more aggressive to treat migraines? I donít know what to do at this point.
