Let me give you a little history about myself first, I have been suffering from Migraines for the past several years. When I first started getting Migraines I went to the Doctor and they told me it was work related due to my job as managing director of a local firm. However after a couple of months of tweaking and relieving my responsibilities at work I decided to return with the Migraines still being consistent. The Doctor then recommended that I used medicine, after a couple of weeks it was obvious that I was having allergic reactions to the medicine and at this point I decided to do things myself!
I started by learning more about Migraines however I found the whole process of finding information I needed regarding Migraines a brain ache. All I wanted to do was relieve myself of my Migraines, I knew it wasn't possible to cure them and still know that but I know its possible to relieve them.
