Wow, I didn’t know about his till now..im glad I stumbled upon this info because I always eat nuts and stilton cheese at home..i get the cheese here: http://www.idealcheese.com/stiltoncheese.aspx .

Nuts contain 'good fats' that are needed by the body to reduce the risk of developing a full-blown type 2 diabetes. It also aids in controlling blood sugar, reducing insulin resistance, and fighting belly fat.
