Hate to say this, but it's a scam to take advantage of desperate women looking to reverse what time has done to them.

Anyone with a bit of commonsense knows that applying stem cells topically isn't going to do much good.

Besides, I'll bet that whatever solutions they're using only contains a minute amount of stem cells (if there is even any at all) and that the rest of the solution is made out of collagen and elastin that'll give them that young skin feeling.

Having said that, what bothers me more is that The Star Bulletin is even printing this stuff.

Is The Star Bulletin a tabloid now?
