Medical costs need to be regulated. I cannot believe I agree with a price regulation but it is the only possible solution to the disparagement we see in the medical system today. But the regulation needs to be flexible and reflect the success rate and education of the doctors as well, not just a flat fee. Flat fees tend to destroy the availability of qualified medical professionals.

Oh, and hospital admins should have their salaries capped based on the number of patients the hospital deals with, all they do is paperwork, they should not be paid a percentage of the costs.

The parmacutical bonuses along with a hospital bonus should have a federal tax at 99.9 percent along with a 25 percent state tax and no tax deductions on anyone reporting a bonus on anybfederal returns

A better hospital would be the one with the best doctors and equipment.

The doctors we are receiving from the diploma mills with an out island degrees leaves some concern especially that they are given US money for the schooling and able to practice in this country with no concern for the University medical schools in the USA.
