Promising in vitro pre-clinical studies in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

In a study reported online in the journal Leukemia, researchers from Mayo Clinic have shown that gamma-secretase inhibitor (MRK003) exhibits promising in vitro pre-clinical activity in multiple myeloma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This study has evaluated MRK003 in combination with Akt1/2 kinase inhibitor and observed synergy in killing multiple myeloma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cell lines examined.
