This young man is a true inspiration. I believe that his book, and his climbs, truly gave my Mother at least 1 1/2 more years on this Earth. She was so interested in his life, it kept her on the edge of her seat. She had been very depressed until she got his book. She read it through a couple of times, and eagerly looked forward to his other climbs.

My Mother was always interested in mountain climbing. She did love to hike when she was younger. But, she did pass away due to a massive blood clot on her lungs, and she had Liver cancer - something we did not know until 3 weeks before she died.

To Sean, I can never thank you enough for the inspiration you gave her. Thank you for inspiring her to live!

Look, great story, but I've met the dude. Very selfish, you can tell he uses the non-profit and story for his own gain. I was really moved when I heard him speak, I will say that..he has that down to a T. I have a family of survivors, just felt he was selfish and you could definitely see through that. Have you read the reviews of his non-profit on guidestar? yikes

I have met Sean as well and let me tell you he's one of the most inspirational people I've ever encountered. He is not selfish and he has so much love to give to people it's unbelievable. He's been a dear friend of mine for several years and I owe him for helping someone I love very much get through one of the most difficult times of their life. He is an amazing person and I hope his incredible story will continue to touch many lives.

Sean is so inspirational. Anyone who can call Sean a friend is truly a lucky person. Not to mention he's a total BABE!
