A federal judge has temporarily allowed a dying 10-year-old girl to move up the adult waiting list for a lung transplant, though an expert has questioned the decision on medical and ethical grounds.

No it's wonderfull knowing conservative politicians who contradict themselves and jump on a Democratic health secretary for not intervening on a private medical matter. It's also nice being able to contradict yourself as patient parent willing to go public for the first set of lungs and yet keep the second transplant a secret.
