Nice article on apples. As for Obama care; I guess I'm not much for subliminal messages, particularly when they're political in nature.

According to the article, the nutrition is in the peel, but so are the pesticides. My solution: I have an apple tree in my backyard. Over 50% of apples are lost because no pesticides used. I dehydrate apples in fall and have enough to last thru most of the year. Its almost impossible to grow all of your food in the backyard. But, you can grow some food with high nutritional content to supplement your diet.

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Aquarius

In complete contrast to yesterday, you have your head screwed on firmly today. Yet you won't be boringly sensible or drearily practical, so there's no danger of you having turned into a dry old stick overnight. It's a good day for keeping track of important details and processes, such as confirming a forthcoming appointment or filling in a form and then making a copy of it before sending it off.
