Women who smoke increase their risk of developing certain cancers of the blood, immune system, and bone marrow, according to new research announced on August 10.

Most of the headlines say the risk is "Double" if you smoke.
But the article says it increases risk by 2 tenths of 1 %(.2%)
The study also shows that if you drink a couple of beers a day - you DECREASE your chances by about 15%
I guess the moral of the story is: have beer with your smoke!!

The amazing part is that the study (done by the equivelent of the ACS in europe)- actually STATES in it that the UK REALLY needs to pass the "Plain Packaging" bill!
COMPLETELY POLITICAL!- Nothing more!!!!
