Two People Sickened with Legionnaires Disease in Orlando

At least two people in the Orlando area have Legionnaires' disease, a respiratory illness that can be fatal. The disease is caused by an organism that occurs naturally in water. Symptoms include headaches, loss of appetite, aches, pains, fever and coughing. It is treated with antibiotics. Symptoms can begin between two to 10 days after contracting the bacteria. Orange County Health Department spokesman Dane Weister says the two were staying at a hotel. He says there are no further reported cases of the disease and no deaths. Now, everyone would have appreciated including which hotel they stayed at and which hospital they were taken to, as part of the report, great reporting!

I agree that someone should tell us what hotel they ate at and get the health officials in there to clean up the bacteria that is causing this. We don't need to be closed mouth about something like this when peoples lives are at stake.
