A couple of ideas

Growing up I was so lactose intolerant (LI) I could not eat a small bag of sour cream and onion potato chips without getting bad gas before finishing the bag. I did grow out of it to some degree, and tried all sorts of digestion pills, but nothing worked.

I did try NAET in my early 30's and that did the trick. NAET is an acupuncture treatment specifically designed to alleviate certain things such as LI. After receiving the treatment, I could not eat anything with lactose or even touch a container that had a milk product in it for 25 hours. After that I had to test it out and found I could eat ice cream with no reaction from my body besides yum. You may want to look into this as I know from experience that it works.

Also, there is something else which would be even easier that I would like offer to someone who is LI. When I got the NAET treatment I was not aware of what I now am and would love to see if my theory is correct. If it is, a lot of people who are experiencing LI could be free from it. I've looked into this a lot and am aware of LI being due to a lack of the enzyme lactase.

Some of what I share may make sense or not. You will know if it resonates with you. There is a way to have the body produce enough lactase to digest milk products. I know this will sound too good to be true, but basically its like this. The body can produce lactase, it is like a light switch that is currently in the off position. One flick of the light switch and voila - illumination. I want to turn on the switch regarding lactase for others and have them experience the joy of eating cheese, yogurt, and other dairy products. If you are intrigued, feel free to email me and we can go from there. [email protected]
