I am at 3 months post op, was released after 6 weeks of therapy when I reach all my goals. I go to the Y and do water aerobics and also walk treadmill and walk in the evenings. I have pain behind my knee on the outer side. I still have problems with stairs, I just do not get the bend, and I get exhausted climbing up them. Has anyone else experienced this My doctor say I am fine. I have a range of motion of 135

I experienced that when I was on progressive resistance training or PRT. Its a kind of exercise program. I think if you over exert your self, your muscles go tired and strained so you feel pain.
