Knee Pain

A couple months ago, me and my friend were wrestling in a swimming pool and I jumped up to kick him, I brought my foot back and at the same time, he kicked and caught my foot with his foot. This resulted in pushing my leg back to far where my heel was almost touching the back of my leg. I felt a sharp pop on my knee and my knee and upper leg started hurting. This was 4 months ago when it happened and my knee still hurts. My leg only hurts when I press gently down on it about a foot above my knee. When pressed down on it, it sends a pain from the point I pressed at all the way down to my knee.

I was removed off my parents medical insurance and I don't have a job yet. Anyone know what I could have done to my knee? Any exercises I could do?

Edit: I was removed from my parents medical insurance when I graduated college. The injury happened a month after I graduated. Talk about bad timing.

Have you tried any natural pain relief product on the web?

something like this happened to me and I went to see a chiropractor and she got my leg back to normal.

try joint advance over at markethealth.com

if you don't start to treat this it will lead to artritis so get on it now

Hey john! Try wearing a knee brace! I had several injuries in my youth including bursitis and an ACL tear! Once i realized my stupidity i started looking into ways to prevent these injuries and found that wearing a knee brace is one of the easiest fixes for any knee injuries. It offers stability, comfort, and cushion from any possible threats. I found a lot of useful information and a couple great knee braces i purchased at BraceAbility.com i encourage you to check it out, educate yourself, and purchase a knee brace if you see fit.

Here is their knee braces page: http://www.braceability.com/knee-braces-knee-...

Good luck,
Tim
