I am new to insomnia 3months with this , its terrible . I feel like i only nap throughout the night .
I feel drunk and unbalanced all the time . I really wish this nightmare would end .
I have even thought of suicide . Im so desperate .
I don't want to live like this . Its ruining my life /:

Hello Fedupgirl
I'm really sorry to hear that that your insomnia has led you to even consider suicide. There are numerous things to consider.

Firstly have you consider brain entrainment audio (such as binaural beats and isochronic tones). It is perfectly safe and helps you naturally (without the need for drugs) get down to delta levels of consciousness (otherwise known as deep sleep). If you Google online there are plenty of free pieces of audio that you can sample (t to see how you get on). If you start to get an improvement you can then consider purchasing longer versions online. You purchase some binaural beats and isochronic tones for only a few dollars.
