try 1,000 mg of Taurine at night and avoid Caffeine and Sugar either completely or avoid it any time after 2pm. Read a book in bed until you are drowsy. Avoid watching t.v. after 7pm. Get up each day at the same time. force yourself to go for a 30 minute walk sometime during the day but not later that 5pm.

I don't know if I want to take bile to help me fall asleep. I read the info on taurine and didn't really notice anything that would state it's use as a sleep remedy. http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Tau...

There are a number of natural approaches that can help achieve better and longer-lasting sleep. I'd certainly try these before over-the-counter meds or prescriptions. Here's an article that talks about the various approaches, in case anyone is interested: http://www.better-sleep-better-life.com/natur...

I agree with the article. It shows what we can do to improve our chances of getting to sleep. Warm bath, relaxing a couple of hours before bed and having a dark, quiet room to sleep in are all things I try to do.

Great article, I agree there are many things you can do to try to get a better night's sleep. Watching what you eat and drink right before bed can also help. I have been taking some natural sleep aids, and have also been helping me. I haven't noticed any side effects.

Regarding the magnesium supplements, they are only going to help you if you get a form that is highly absorbed. I would recommend looking for magnesium glycinate. Whatever you do, make sure you don't buy a supplement with magnesium oxide, it simply won't work. I would also suggest looking into using magnesium oil as a topical since it is absorbed easily. Another great suggestion, is to take an epsom salt bath before bed to help relax you. Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate so it will also help you absorb a lot of magnesium. Some reviews of natural sleep programs that may help you can be found at: http://www.sleepyreviews.com

California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) is a kind of flowering plant that is locally found in western United States and mexico. California poppy has been used for a long time as a herbal medicine, since it is thought to have several health benefits that can help in treating several medical conditions, such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and many more. This kind of flowering plant contains an active compound known as “protopine”. Protopine has been described to have some kind of similar effect with morphine. However, the California poppy does not contain any narcotic morphine, only the structure of California poppy and morphine is the same. Since California poppy does not contain the narcotic morphine, it does not have any addictive properties.

After trying just about everything. I stumbled upon this site and tried the http://www.naturalsleepremediesnow.com "> sleep remedies. They actually work and the good news is I have stayed away from prescription drugs for as long as I can remember.

..........Listen to the boring zionist propaganda retelling the Masada Myth , the Peter Becht Madoff paranoia and the AIPAC Fusion Center Articles of Perfidy........very sleep inducing and lets us know that Jonathan Pollard clones are boring........see BY WAY OF DECEPTION , Goldstone Report , Operation Greylord and FIVE BROKEN CAMERAS ..........Instead of counting sheep , count AIPAC goons in their clown cars with FL tags 668 PCK , AFQ B30, 617 TIH, GOAMG , IAC 522 , LXE 904 , BAL Y35 , M80 5EU.

I have ordered prescription drugs (without a prescription) online from XTOP24 .COM about two years ago, and was pleased with the speed and quality of service.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my medication. The meds is expensive, but there is a generic version available overseas.
I love the idea of taking responsibility for my own health (or lack of health) and skipping the bureaucracy... to say nothing of having to drive to the doctor, wait in line, yet again, to get a prescription refilled.

I just today received my 4th from Xtop24 .COM , I think, order from them, and as always, am very happy with them! I'm a real person too, lol, I don't work for them, but I found this forum when looking for other people who take this drug. EMS shipping method, I get it in less than a week, and I swear the couple times I actually called to place an order versus online ordering, i got it quicker, like 2-3 days later. The tracking number and estimated delivery date has been 100% accurate so far, and customer service has been great. I even got a coupon for 20 bucks off of my last order through email, which I thought was an excellent thing to do for their customers! I'll continue using them as long as I have to!
