If they are going to require employees who refuse to get the flu shot to wear masks they need to require patients who refuse the flu shot to do the same. I take all the precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of infections, I feel making a nurse wear a mask at all times is ridiculous. It makes the nurse have to explain to every patient & staff, why they refuse to get the flu shot, when I don't feel it's their right. I don't feel like I should be forced into getting a flu shot by this tactic.
Are they going to fire or suspend a nurse who doesn't comply?
