Vitamin D is good for immune system. I dont know about taking duringa cold or flu.
A stress tab type vitamin with b complex and c are best if not easiest to digest. A little extra B and zinc during cold/flu season might help as well.
Also air your place during warmest part of day might once a week might help keep respitory problems down.
