please help me!!!

ok i took provera for 7 days and took the last pill sunday night. well yesterday i checked my cervix and it was low and firm so i thought ok af is about to show but then i checked it again today at the same time and now it is so high i cant reach it. so i took the only test i had "ovulation test" and it was positive. so iam wondering has this happened to anyone else? were you prego? what do you think? i also temp and my temps have been above cover line for 10 days now.
