hello! I have a thyroid nodule in my neck and it is benign. But I experience hypert symptoms. I am currently using magnesium, calcium and selenium and it helped me a lot. I have read that copper might helped hypert symptoms(see wwww.ithyroid.com ), but in my case, i experience a psychosis symptom. I also experience a very warm body and it disturbed my sleep during nightime. Please help me

Hello htwinx

I do know that copper can be a problem to people who have hyperthyroidism as we tend to have too much so certainly avoid taking any more.

Zinc will help
