To add to the comments concerning the drug amlipodine, it is the only anti-AF drug I have taken that carried severe side effects for me ; whilst driving the car it made me giddy and nauseous to the extent that I had to stop , and walk home -- and I of course stopped taking it , and was put on bisoprolol fumarate , which to a great extent controls the AF { maybe only one experience per day now , when my heart rate jumps to 170 beats per minute for a two minute period { before , with amlipodine , syncope would cause me to fall and pass out , dangerously , every month }
Hope this is helpful information .
