I have hypertension and I manage it by taking the prescribed medication given to me by my doctor. Conservatively, I try my best to keep fit and stay away from salty and fatty food, that I know can increase my blood pressure. I exercise regularly as well. My friends recommend that I wear compression stocks during walking, jogging or exercise. I am just worried if it will affect my blood pressure. Will wearing compression socks increase my blood pressure?
