I'm looking for non-chemical/herbal ways to help with hot flashes. I really didn’t want to go on drugs or hormones (even bio-identical) to deal with my hot flashes because of watching my best friend go through hell and spend thousands of dollars trying to re-balance her system from what her doctors put her on to help her through menopause. I found this: http://www.chilitechnology.com It’s a mattress pad that can be set to any temperature between 46oF to 118oF. Lifesaver! It really helps me sleep and without being woken up every few hours because of nighttime hot flashes I have fewer in the daytime as well. A full night's sleep is such a great thing after suffering for so long without one.
