Wow I feel like I am not alone anymore. I have seen the just take this pill, now here's your bill doctors too. When I started feeling anxious and off balanced my doctor never thought to suggest, Maybe you are menopausal. Just prescribed the anxiety meds and anti depressants and sent me on my way. Figured it out myself and looked into natural bio-identical hormone treatment and now I feel great again. Anxiety and depression gone. To all of you suffering from anxiety and depression because your body is probably estrogen dominant, You can't fix that with a anti-depression. It might alleviate some of your symptoms, but you won't feel like your normal self unless you do something to balance the hormones.

Hi All....

I am now taking out 6 granules out of my 75mg Effexor daily.
It has taken me 2 months to get to this point.
But.. I am moving in the right direction.

Every day I throw out those extra granules...
It's like giving the 'finger' to the drug company.
<smile>

Hope you are enjoying your summer..

be well,

c.

Happens to me all the time where do you think they go? Who moderates this board anyway do you know? how can we find out?

You people may have the right idea thinking about starting something new for a long time. Playing with the idea.

Shoot, I doubt if anyone's moderating it at all; it's too old and not enough people come in here to make it worthwhile. Just my guess.

Hello,

I couldn't help but notice, redroo, you said you were not going to go on hormone replacement therapy. What's the reason for your reluctance to use hormone therapy? My mom used Bioidentical Hormone Therapy and all her symptoms of Menopause have disappeared. She did this through a directory I found where you can search for Bioidentical Hormone Doctors by zipcode. Find one and at least talk about your symptoms, it can really help.

HaHa! Does that mean we can only function if we're pissed off at somebody? If it gets too boring here, we'll stir up something to talk about, I'm sure.
Hello Topazia, I'm looking for a long lost friend Topazia aka Kuru from Santa Cruz, California 1977. She's from San Jose.If you're her, hit me up on facebook. Crystal Harp.
