Bi-est Bioidentical Hormone - amount too low ?

I'm on Bi-est 80% estradiol and 20% estriol and I take 2 ml once day.
Is that a low dose, does anyone know and can I bump it up to 3 ml? My GP begrudgingly let me go on them and she knows nothing about them and does not approve of them.
