I'm excited to be a part of a festival with a purpose. Among the food, fun, and music will be a message that people can really hold on to and it is that Since 2000, the number of people ages 13-24 that have contracted HIV/AIDS has increased 42%. The I P.A.S.S.E.D. HIV Prevention Program's stance is living your life focused on your purpose and destiny is the best prevention there is.
