While remarks about the origins of HIV by Rev. Jeremiah Wright may seem incendiary to many , they are common in inner-city communities severely affected by the AIDS epidemic.

Not to be rude about it, but your inner city communities are incredibly stupid if they are buying into that song, and are easily led by anyone with a slick line of patter that's willing to tell them that it's "not their fault" because of indiscriminate multiple sexual contacts or intravenous drug use, it's the "white" government's fault.

With an out of wedlock birth rate of over 65% and a high school graduationm rate well below 40%, 30 year old Grandmamas Rev., you'd be far better off getting these snake oil salesmen like Wright and his ilk away from your children, getting them to stay in school, stay home at night, and learn about birth control or establish some kind standards of morality for days other than Sunday mornings at 11.

That's the kind of progressive and positive thinking I like to see.

It's nice to see that the 2008 version of Dr, King's dream is alive and well in the Chicago African-American community.

Keep encouraging your young people that they don't have to conform to society's standards, tell them it's all right to fail in school, have kids out of marriage and don't snitch on the gangs.

After all, my kids will need someone to sweep the floors of their businesses and carry out their trash.

Much as I'd like to...I can't top this one.

The black community certainly faces more obstacles than the white community in this country, but it's so tiring to see this constantly being used as an excuse for inaction and stagnation.

The black community is very rapidly falling behind every other minority group including all immigrant groups. And that is no conspiracy theory...it's fact. What a shame.

For many of you whites you always think that AA's are uneducated but I'm a well-educated black woman who has a family, own a home, drive a fairly new SUV (2005), I have a great career in IT, now I doubt that I'd be ever be sweeping any whites floors b/c I probably make more money than most of you!

What is baffling though, is that you whites continue to focus on blacks when your children are using meth, cocaine, marijuana, Escasty, sniffing anything in a can, having oral sex w/ every jock in school, your children are killing other people b/c they can't cope w/ society! Yes, you whites hide behind your picket fences and manicured lawns but the real deal that is going on behind the picket fences and manicured lawns is that you whites are having sex w/ children even your own, soliciting sex w/ children over the internet, and having sex w/ your pets! Okay, let's assume that what you say is true. How is that impacting the black community? Are these "facts" about "we" whites the reason the statistics for black Americans are so much poorer than any other ethnic, racial or national group? Is the "fact" that we're having sex with our own children, doing all these drugs, murdering people right and left making things difficult for black people? Please, address this question and support your position.

Anger has nothing to do w/ my statements! The problem that I have is your illusion that you believe all AA's live in squalor, have AID'S, don't work etc. What you need to do is stop worrying about the plank in my eye before you take out the log that's in your eye! Well done sister! The white racist gov't continues to use AA's especially poor AA's to experiment on! Some of the experiments that you referenced I didn't know of! Remember, they had the eugenics program that was used on poor blacks and whites in the South from the 1930's- 1950's! That was part of the Appendectomy Program that you mentioned. But these whites are just blind sheep who follow and believe whatever is spoon-fed to them by this gov't and the white racist media! That's one reason why Bush is able to whatever he wants b/c these white are non-thinkers who don't read books or do any research for themselves!

Check this out, remember the anthrax attacks in DC? Well, I use to work there and that postal facility is 90% black. I still have friends there and everyone believes that the attacks were a gov't experiment on blacks b/c the whites on Capitol Hill were given the antibiotics for anthrax, even the police dogs when it was first discovered that the envelopes contained anthrax! We all know that most whites work on Capitol Hill so they were allowed protection! Anyway, for approximately three weeks later the postal workers were given the antibiotics! They knew those anthrax letters were processed at that facility yet they kept telling the postal workers that it was safe to work! However, two postal workers died, one I knew personally! Notice, how they've never found out who sent those anthrax letters!

These whites can believe what they want but we know better to ever trust this gov't b/c of all of the things that they've done and continue to do to AA's.
