A team of scientists at the Scripps Research Institute in Jupiter won a nearly $1.5 million federal grant to develop an inhibitor for HIV.

Prostaglandins have a protective role in the gastrointestinal tract, preventing acid-insult to the mucosa and very, very, importantly the circumference layering of liposodal fat lattice atom substrates, in and around all cells especially of the reproductive systems; it is these liposoidal fats such as gp 160 gp 120 gp 41 etc that break down the cell walls of CD 4 cells allowing the HIV virus coding to interfere with TAT and REV proteins, which produce 'rogue testosterone' which asimulates and assists the HIV code within amino acid chains of multiplexed proteins and then goes on to further multi-confuse transcription in all cells thus makes it difficult for HIV expert doctors to control and iradicate the disease. rogue testosterone needs to be isolated and then dipping in bovne serum albumin in order to produce an HIV vaccine that will hopefully work completly! HIV was probably started in the lower bowel by testosterone pylori toxin esters! and subsequently infected the gonads!

Metabolism is usually divided into two categories. Catabolism breaks down organic matter, for example to harvest energy in cellular respiration. Anabolism uses energy to construct components of cells such as proteins and nucleic acids.

The chemical reactions of metabolism are organized into metabolic pathways, in which one chemical is transformed through a series of steps into another chemical, by a sequence of enzymes.These enzymes become disfunctional when HIV becomes established and aromatase is surverely disrupted and damged in many cells! so then testosterone is open to attack as regards forming HIV esters that further corrupt and infect more cells with the HIV peptides!

pylori bacteria alters testosterone and causes cancer by altering cell transcription; this is because helica plylori bacta produces toxins that form bizarre esterification of testosterone which causes incorrect STAT signalling so therefore RXR coding becomes incorrect and forms all types of cancers by forming incorrect retonoic acid proteins which can cause benign tumours like fibroids , uterine lining disturbance, ovariess & felopian hormone releasing corrupted testosterone causing breast cancer; saliva in all living creatures can pass corrupt testosterone andis the cause of many diseases such as malaria; and HIV can be transmitted in this manner! most doctors think there is not enough viral load transfered to cause disease this is in correct; Hiv is transferred by the hiv virus proteins corrupting testosterone; it is then the corrupted testosterone that is passed to a new recipient host and then corrupts any cells with gag pol type hiv proteins that then produce the Hiv virus in the recipient hosts anatomy;

A possible new technique is to look for specific HIV antibodies in the blood that are formed by the body in response to HIV & Helicobacter pylori. This can be done through a blood test in which a blood sample is collected after a finger stick. This is a common way that doctors test for Helicobacter pylori. This test can also be done by testing a sample of the person's saliva. This blood or saliva test is cheap and results can be determined within minutes and then later a full HIV test can be carried out!

Analyzing the blood for antibodies as a way to diagnose HIV/Helicobacter pylori infection is considered the best method in a previously untreated patient. Antibodies are types of proteins produced by lymphocytes in response to bacteria,(HIV)viruses, and other substances interpreted as a threat to the body. Lymphocytes are types of white blood cells present in the blood that help protect the body against diseases and fight infections. in the case of HIV if the count is low then HIV may well be present!

Like triglycerides, phospholipids are composed of fatty acid chains linked to a glycerol molecule. Unlike a triglyceride, however, phospholipids have only two fatty acids; moreover, they also have a phosphate group and a polar head group attached to the glycerol. These last two groups make one end of the phospholipid attracted to water or hydrophilic, while the fatty acid chains are hydrophobic. You can think of a phospholipid as being shaped a little like a small head with two tails.

Sterols are members of a class of molecules called steroids; they have four fused rings of carbon atoms and are hydrophobic like triglycerides' testosterone bonds very easily forming complex esters with pylori toxins' and is the basis of most gene interference' via retro-viral mis-transcription! past & present' HIV molecules attach to testosterone at lipid end and is conveyed into the cell' esterase and aromatase is disfuction in Hiv patients' consequently the corrupt testosterone ester is not broken up!

sufficient amount of free testosterone is important for mitochondrial energy production, since some of the Krebs cycle enzymes depend on testosterone in order to function!

Plerixafor (AMD3100) is a drug, recently approved for routine clinical use, which directly blocks the CXCR4 receptors & may well be useful in the treatment of Hiv & hiv vaccine; Plerixafor is a very efficient inducer of hematopoietic stem cell mobilization in animal and human studies.
It has been associated with WHIM syndrome.
While CXCR4’s expression is low or absent in many healthy tissues, it was demonstrated to be expressed in over 23 types of cancer, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, melanoma, and prostate cancer. Expression of this receptor in cancer cells has been linked to metastasis to tissues containing a high concentration of CXCL12, such as lungs, liver and bone marrow. However, in breast cancer where SDF1/CXCL12 is also expressed by the cancer cells themselves along with CXCR4, CXCL12 expression is positively correlated with disease free (metastasis free) survival. CXCL12 (over-)expressing cancers might not sense the CXCL12 gradient released form the metastasis target tissues since the receptor, CXCR4, is saturated with the ligand produced in an autocrine manner. Another explanation of this observation is provided by a study that shows the ability of CXCL12 (and CCL2) producing tumors to entrain neutrophils that inhibit seeding of tumor cells in the lung & brain’ also the endocrine system;
