Hello. I'm 18 and I was a virgin until yesterday, and I really didn't wanted to be anymore. I had a really quick sex session with someone I met on a bus (I gave him a quick ******* and then he penetrated my anus very quickly. He didn't cum on my mouth nor in my anus and there was no blood). I don't know if he is HIV-positive, but he said he is used to engage in groupsex and he's used to having sex with strangers. We didn't use a condom. Besides thinking I'm the stupiddest person in the world, I'm freaking out and I can't even think about sharing this to anybody I know (nobody knows I'm gay).

I'm aware that I might be infected with HIV or any other sexually transmitted disease, and I also know that HIV won't appear in tests this soon. But is there anything I can do about it right now - besides not having unprotected sex ever again in my life? Is there anything I can eat, any medicine I can take that will make me healthier and stronger and that will help my body deal with a possible disease or virus that I might have contracted?

If I have contracted another STD, will it already appear on tests? What kind of test can I do?

Also, in the past few weeks I've been experiencing loss of appetite and I think it's anemia or a common infection. I'm gonna do a simple blood test (CBC or something) to check it out, and my parents will problably know the results. If I really have contracted a STD, will it show in the exam? Because they REALLY cannot know that crap have happened.

I'm in a really stressful and difficult situation right now and I think you guys know how it feels. I could really use some advices. Thank you.
