The amount of money these companies make is just crazy. They should provide better products! These go inside peoples bodies... my grandma had a Depuy hip replacement done in 2009 and the faulty implant caused her to fall on winter morning due to the instability. She is now on her way to getting a huge settlement. she got her free lawsuit assessment from this site here

I hope this helps you get the compensation that is owed to you or your loved one. No one should have to put up with faulty implants!

It is clear that DePuy had been remiss in providing its consumers with better quality products. Reports show that cobalt and chromium poisoning is a real danger that the ASR recipients face each passing minute. This metal toxicity could lead to numerous health complications such as neurological damage. Recipients would be better off arming themselves with the right information about the DePuy recall. I've read about a woman who had seven hip replacement surgery. This news is indeed very devastating because having to undergo a revision surgery is traumatic enough not to mention expensive. I've read in the
that a revision surgery is suggested for most of those who have been affected by the DePuy hip replacement recall. Although I have yet to hear of those who had undergone the revision surgery experiencing complications, I hope this would not be the case because it would cause them more suffering. And, I think they have suffered enough.

Many were victims of depuy hip replacement and i've read a lot of cases because of the non-quality product. The most common solution of the victims is to get involve with a law firm company.

Does anyone know where I can find the ID numbers for the recalled joints?

It's disheartening to know that patients, whose only goal was to be relieved from their symptoms, have to experience even far more debilitating health problems than the condition that they got their hip replacements for. I am just glad to hear that the man who filed a hip device suit against J&J won $8M compensatory award from the case. I also read here that the goverment is probing the company's marketing practices over the now-recalled ASR hips..

Complications as a result of a revision surgery is inevitable. Studies reveal that revision surgery is more complicated than the original surgery. It is more painful and may take a longer time to proceed. It also require longer stays in the hospital as well and longer rehabilitation. There has been reports that revision surgeries do fail as well, these are some of the claims from plaintiffs who have filed A DePuy hip lawsuit. The bad thing if revision fails, no procedure that may be able to fix it anymore and this can cause lifetime paralysis to the patient. See more at
