You should take note that there are a number of people around the world who have been victimized by defective hip replacement devices such as the ones manufactured by DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. It is a subsidiary company of Johnson&Johnson. Legal professionals say that several clients have initiated court actions against Johnson and Johnson. They were among those affected by the failures and defects (e.g. fractures, displacements, loosening) of DePuy devices.

The more unusual complication of a hip replacement implant is the metal poisoning found in the blood and surrounding tissues of the implants. Metallosis or metal poisoning affects the kidney, liver and the cardiovascular system of the patients. Please be advised that the manufacturer of the defective implant DePuy Orthopaedics (a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary) is now facing a number of lawsuits. There is a problem seen with all-metal hip replacements that made patients experience severe complications. I think its best that patients are made aware of these side effects to make a sound and informed decision. I only browsed the net and found several information from the http://pinnaclelawsuit.typepad.com which may be helpful for those who are considering a hip replacement surgery.

Anyone who suffered over the complications by these hip implant devices definitely have the right to file charges against its makers. When the hip device is failing and not working as expected, it can be very distressing. I came across this online resource that offered more information about the complications that this hip implant device may bring. Do check this out, http://www.strykerhipreplacementrecall.net/la...
