I totally agree about this, a report also said that a doctor from Japan has warned that the hip implants may harm a lot of people but the government didnt took it seriously particularly the FDA which continuous to approve the market of such fulty product. Readers should also know that hip pain problems are also one of the most reported complaints of patients. With this, hip replacement surgeries were developed. However, problems about it continue to linger in medical reports, specifically the products of DePuy Orthopaedics Inc.(a subsidiary company of Johnson and Johnson). Legal experts report that numerous patients have filed DePuy ASR lawsuit against Johnson and Johnson. They were the ones affected by the failures and defects (e.g. fractures, displacements, loosening) of DePuy devices. With this, Johnson and Johnson finally implemented ASR hip replacement recall worldwide. See http://www.rotlaw.com/depuy-asr for more information.

I just hope with DePuy announcing the launch of several new products at this year's AAOS meeting means improved products with less defective products. I got some information from http://www.hiprecalllaw.com/

Thank you for this information. On a similar note, good thing that DePuy Hip Replacement Recall has finally been implemented by its manufacturer, Johnson&Johnson (J&J). J&J have been charged with numerous lawsuits by their clients, legal specialists say. They were the ones affected by the failures and defects (e.g. fractures, displacements, loosening) of DePuy devices. The website http://www.depuyhipreplacementlawsuit.com/sym... discusses more of this.

It;s good to know about the announcement as I've heard with many concerns about the reports by depuy hip lawsuits with different cases. I had read some issues here http://www.rotlaw.com/depuy-pinnacle

We fervently hope that these products may not go the way of their ASR hip replacement systems. This could truly benefit a lot of people. However, if like their hip implants where business concerns were a priority, then this would mean only agony and distress to thousands of people. You may want to know what hip recipients of ASR implants suffered by going over DePuy Settlement Information Center.

This discovery is basically good news. However I think it is important for DePuy to try on focusing on what they can do with the device that was recalled in 2010, the ASR XL. They could have studied the device a little more to check what could have been wrong why it tends to fail sooner that expected. And if this new product of DePuy really is available to the market, concerns are concentrated on the clinical tests of this device to avoid problems like what happened to the recalled ASR XL resulting to thousands of DePuy ASR lawsuits across the country.
