If the surgeon cuts the nerves, you will have numbness and possibly a burning sensation in the upper thigh and lower abdomen.Hi everyone ,
I had the inguinal hernia surgery 3 years ago, I still having burning and pain. I just meet with the
surgeon last week and he found that I have a small reccurence hernia on my left side. Next week I will have an open operation to repair the reccurence hernia. The surgeon said he will cut all 3 nerve this time. I said how about just repair
the hernia without cut the nerves, Surgeon I may still have pain after the repair, if do not cut the nerves. anyone have any ideal???
Thank you very much for your information in advance.
