It is not disgusting, but a help to people from this condition. If people were not so uptight about this part of the body we would all be more relaxed. people who make comments like this are just shit-ha ha!

It is disgusting but if you are in pain from hemorrhoids you don't really care, you just want the pain to stop. The great thing about the internet is that you can ask the embarrassing "disgusting" questions and get the answers you need to find a solution to your problem. Before the internet a lot of people just suffered with it because it's not really something you want to discuss with the neighbors.
