This is from personal experience.

Hemroids are caused by hard stool. The cure is soft stool. Therefore the cure is to change your diet. Your body is trying to tell you something so listen. Don't take drugs or herbs its a waste of time.

There are two types of fiber soluble and insoluble. Soluble makes stool hard and insoluble makes it soft. Do a google search for the best insoluble foodes.

I recommend buying All Brand Buds from the cereal section and add it to Honeynut All Bran. Don't eat just the buds! its meant for mixing.

Secondly when you go to the bathroom lean as far forward as possible. Most of the world squats when they go to the bathroom and they don't get hemeroids. No one talks about this but its the best thing you can do. Plus not strain etc.

It took my five weeks of eating a proper diet before things got 100% better. Its all about diet. It took a long time for things to get this bad so it'll take awhile to heal. Listen to your body, if you eat improperly it can lead to other life threatening diseases.
