For the past 2 weeks I have been struggling with bleeding hemmys. I was wondering if it is something that I'm doing when I go to the toilet? When having a bowel movement I pull my butt muscles together in while in the middle of a movement. Can this be what is causing the hemmy and aggravating the bleeding? It's something I have tried not to do but it seems like a reflex action to me. I know this is gross but I was just wondering.
