There certainly are natural alternatives to the traditional triple therapy that is currently offered by most doctors across the country. The options that I know of are:

Matula Tea
Manuka Honey

From a diet perspective I would avoid Alcohol, sugar and gluten.

It would be handy to hear from some H Pylori specialists that treat the infection naturally don't you think?

As a new strategy for decrease great load of antibiotic resistance we can withdraw from useing routingly from anitibiotics for treatment of this rogue bacteri. Most of antibiotic can induce their resistance in bacterium when they face to bacteria invivo.

I've been suffering with this bug, undiagnosed, for a year and have had all sorts of symptoms that didn't add up. A week after confirmation of teh infection and starting the following treatments (feel free to find the links on my blog to medical journal documentation - http://www.amyking.org ), I am feeling MUCH much better. Mind you, you cannot eat as usual. No sugar, except from the Manuka honey. Easily digestible foods at all times. Chicken stock and veggies is a standard -- check out diets that alkalize the body.
